Hanna B. Jackson is an attorney in New York City. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, she has called New York home since 2008. In her job at a Global 100 law firm, she represents international and national corporate clients, from start-ups to large public companies, in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Hanna holds LL.M. degrees from University of Stockholm, Sweden, and Brooklyn Law School. Prior to attending law school in New York, Hanna worked as a journalist, covering international human rights and cultural affairs for print and digital media in the U.S. and Sweden. She was also a regular contributor to the official publication of the Swedish U.N. for several years. Today, Hanna uses her training as both a U.S. and Swedish lawyer to guide Scandinavian startups who wish to establish a presence in the U.S. She is passionate about women's rights, empowerment and entrepreneurship and proud to be a member of the ABA Commission on Women's Social Media Committee. Hanna lives in Brooklyn with her husband and five-year old son.
